Few months ago Jackelyn hit me up and was wanting to just hangout and shoot. I totally was down to do so because it had been sometime that I had created anything portrait wise. I knew our location was going to be rather orange-ish so I was hoping to shoot some Ektar 100 on my Pentax 6x7. I had plenty of light and was successful in doing so. It was my first time ever shooting with the film and I was very impressed with it and the contrast. I think I might actually start shooting more Ektar 100 just because the contrast is as equal as my digital edits. I was super excited about this roll because it was one of my first 120 rolls I developed and then scanned myself. It really is an amazing feeling to do EVERYTHING on your own as the artist. The feeling is much more complete and exciting!
